Joanne Darcy Crum, will focus her practice on legal issues including litigation and litigation support involving boundary disputes, easements, including conservational easements, zoning, municipal law, title insurance and land titles; professional discipline for design professionals; and small business aspects of government contracts and certification for Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBE).
Ms. Crum has been licensed as a Land Surveyor for over 27 years and has over 25 years of business experience. She was a Member and Chair of the New York State Board for Engineering and Land Surveying, appointed by the Board of Regents for ten years, and an extended member for professional discipline for over fourteen years. She is a Director of Mohawk Valley Economic Development Committee, a former Cobleskill Town Board member and past president of SUNY Cobleskill Foundation. She is a member of American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Albany and Schoharie County Bar Associations, New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, and American Council of Engineering Companies of New York. She is a frequent guest lecturer and expert witness on land related legal issues. She is also a Professional Land Surveyor in New Jersey and Florida. Ms. Crum is also the President of the Schoharie County Bar Association.
