Julieann Diamond has dedicated a substantial portion of her practice to a broad spectrum of regulatory and transactional matters on behalf of health care clients. Her practice includes negotiating contractual relations, developing compliance programs for state and federal fraud and abuse and other relevant health care delivery laws and regulations, providing guidance regarding investigations and enforcement proceedings as well as professional licensing, discipline, and medical staff issues. She also has devoted a portion of her practice to civil litigation, including the defense of medical care providers against claims of medical malpractice and negligence.
Ms. Diamond is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the Justinian Society.
