Prior to beginning her legal career, Lauren Snyder was a practicing physical therapist at many area hospitals. She brings more than 11 years in the allied health profession to her legal representation of hospitals and nursing home facilities, as well as private and individual health care clients in a wide variety of health care matters.
In addition to her work representing clients in health care law, Ms. Snyder has devoted a large portion of her practice to defending medical facilities, hospitals, physicians and nurses in medical malpractice litigation, professional misconduct, and professional licensing issues.
Ms. Snyder is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern, Western and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association-Health Care Law Section, American Physical Therapy Association, New York State Physical Therapy Association, New York State Brain Injury Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association.
