Bio

With over 29 years of experience, Margaret Comard Lynch continues her practice as a litigator with Lemery Greisler. Her practice areas include civil rights, employment liability, premises liability, serious motor vehicle accidents, municipal liability, labor law and professional malpractice. Throughout her career, Ms. Lynch has tried numerous cases and argued many appeals in the State and Federal Courts of New York as well as the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Ms. Lynch is a former chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association and has served on its executive committee since 1991.  She has been appointed to a number of Bar Association committees and currently co-chairs the Committee on the Tort System. From 2002-2006 she served as the representative from the Third Judicial District to the New York State Judicial Conference and for twelve years was a member of the Judicial Screening Committee for the Albany County Democratic Committee.  Ms Lynch is also a former president
of the Board of Directors of St. Catherine's Center for Children.
 
Prior to joining Lemery Greisler, Ms. Lynch practiced law with the Albany firm of Ainsworth-Sullivan where she began her career and served as partner since 1988.

Ms. Lynch is admitted to practice in the state of New York and before the United States District Court - Northern District as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.  She is a Martindale-Hubbell A.V. rated attorney.
