Bio

Mary C. Kenney focuses her practice in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy, commercial loan workouts and foreclosure.  She brings to her practice experience handling debtor and creditor rights in bankruptcy, state and federal court litigation, insurance defense and general corporate practice.
Ms. Kenney is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, and the Capital District Women's Bar Association.
Before joining Lemery Greisler LLC, Mary gained experience practicing in the Albany area with two law firms in the general business and litigation fields. Prior to coming to Albany, Mary interned with the Connecticut State Attorney's Office.
