Bio

Mary C. Kenney focuses her practice in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy, commercial loan workouts and commercial and residential foreclosure.  She brings to her practice experience handling debtor and creditor rights in bankruptcy, state and federal court litigation, insurance defense and general corporate practice.

Ms. Kenney is admitted to practice in New York State and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, and the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Before joining Lemery Greisler LLC, Mary gained broad experience practicing in the Albany area with two law firms in the general business and litigation fields. Prior to coming to Albany, Mary worked in Connecticut as a victim advocate in the Bridgeport, New Haven, and Waterbury Superior Courts, and during law school she interned in the Hartford State Attorney's Office.
