Bio

Natalie I. Wait concentrates her practice in corporate law, banking and commercial finance and real estate transactions. She brings to her practice experience handling public and private securities offerings and securities law compliance, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions, and more general corporate matters such as the formation and operation of business entities.

Prior to joining Lemery Greisler, Ms. Wait was associated with the law firm of Clifford Chance in New York. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
