A founding member of the law firm, Patrick Scott Reid focused his practice in the areas of corporate law, commercial finance, municipal law, and health care law.  He regularly represented clients in connection with the purchase or divestitures of businesses and dedicated a portion of his practice to representing companies in connection with expansion projects, the creation of new product lines or businesses, and the establishment of new operating facilities or business start-ups.

Mr. Reid also represented a wide range of entities involved in or related to the health care field, including group medical practices, interdisciplinary practice groups, managed care companies, specialized regional MSOs, IPAs, and hospitals.  He served as the City Attorney for Glens Falls, New York for five years and was involved with the Hyde Collection as a director.
