Bio

Peter Damin focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy, commercial loan workouts and foreclosure.  He litigates in both federal and state trial courts, New York appellate courts, and in Bankruptcy Court.

Prior to joining Lemery Greisler, Mr. Damin's practice concentrated on defending automobile manufacturers and dealers in breach of contract, breach of warranty and consumer protection litigation actions throughout the eastern United States.  Mr. Damin has successfully arbitrated hundreds of cases before the various courts and other tribunals in the seven states he's admitted to practice, and has also argued numerous motions before the trial courts of those states.

Mr. Damin is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Connecticut, the State of New Jersey, the State of Georgia, the State of South Carolina and the State of West Virginia, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York and the Southern District of West Virginia.  He is a member of the New York Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the South Carolina Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association.
