Seth Finkell concentrates his practice in the area of business law and the legal issues that face companies relating to development, expansion and day-to-day operations. Mr. Finkell has extensive experience with business startups, mergers and acquisitions, financial and ownership structuring, and commercial property sales and acquisitions. In advising his clients, Mr. Finkell leverages his corporate and international tax experience to assist in creating tax-efficient transaction structures.
Mr. Finkell has worked with companies of all sizes ranging from startup technology companies to established multi-national manufacturing companies. He has acted as counsel on many complex matters including the structuring a German/UK/US corporate restructuring, the sale of a regional technology company to a large UK based multi-national company, as well as numerous private placement offerings for investments in regional and national companies.
Mr. Finkell is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York and American Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Finkell currently serves as a trustee on the board of Temple Israel Synagogue in Albany, New York and as a director on the board of the Albany Youth Soccer program.
