Lemery Greisler’s environmental practice encompasses a broad spectrum of administrative law matters, primarily involving zoning, planning, land development, solid waste management, utility regulation, and economic development issues. Our attorneys represent clients before municipal, state, and federal administrative agencies and in the courts, and provide counsel to local and city governments. We are proud to have sited and secured environmental and land use permits for major projects, including resort hotel developments, condominium projects, hydroelectric projects, resource recovery facilities, and other commercial and residential developments. As counsel to current and former owners and operators of petroleum bulk storage facilities, the Firm has experience in matters related to state Superfund cleanup of groundwater and soil contamination. In addition, our attorneys work closely with hydrogeology experts and materials testing laboratories.
