Peter Damin

Peter Damin specializes in litigation, bankruptcy, commercial loan workouts and foreclosure in both federal and state trial courts, New York appellate courts, and in bankruptcy court.

Mr. Damin brings to Lemery Greisler his vast experience defending automobile manufacturers and dealers in breach of contract, breach of warranty and consumer protection litigation actions throughout the eastern United States. He is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Georgia, South Carolina, West Virginia, as well United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York and the Southern District of West Virginia.

He is a member of the New York Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the South Carolina Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association. Mr. Damin earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 2003, where he contributed to the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology.
