Lemery Greisler LLC Welcomes Margaret Comard Lynch to Firm

Albany, NY – Lemery Greisler LLC, a leading Capital Region business law firm has announced the addition of Margaret Comard Lynch as principal to the firm. 

A litigation attorney, Lynch brings to Lemery Greisler significant experience in various practice areas including civil litigation, products liability, municipal liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and auto accidents. Throughout her 28 years' experience, Lynch has tried numerous cases in the State and Federal Courts of New York as well as before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Prior to joining Lemery Greisler, Lynch had practiced law with the Albany firm of Ainsworth-Sullivan where she began her career and served as partner since 1988.

Lynch has been an active member of the New York State Bar Association's Trial Lawyers Section and has served in numerous capacities on the Executive Committee including treasurer, secretary, vice-chair and chairperson. She has been appointed to a number of New York State Bar Association committees and currently co-chairs the Committee on the Tort System. From 2002 – 2006, Lynch was appointed by presiding Justice Anthony V. Cardona as a member of the Judicial Conference and for 12 years was a member of the Judicial Screening team for the Albany County Democratic Committee.

A member of the Albany County Bar Association, Lynch is a Martindale-Hubbell A.V. rated attorney, signifying her high level of skill and integrity. She resides in Loudonville with her husband and two children.
