Offering Plans
Lemery Greisler attorneys have proficiency in preparing offering plan documents for Condominium, Timeshare and Homeowners Associations. Services in connection with these offering plans include the coordination of project developers, municipal officials, utility providers, real estate agents, architects and engineers to compile and complete the offering memoranda and associated background documentation. Once complete, attorneys file the offering memoranda with the New York State Attorney General Bureau of Real Estate and work with the Attorney General’s Office to obtain review and approval of the plans. Attorneys are equally able to prepare, file and carry through to approval any amendments to declare plans effective and/or to make changes to plans.
Our attorneys have successfully completed plan documents for vacant residential condominiums, vacant mixed use condominiums, fractional interest projects, homeowners associations and de minimus use applications.
Recently, the firm has been actively involved in offering plan documentation for Pointewest, LLC in Saratoga Springs, Tall Timbers, LLC in North Creek, Mountain’s Edge in Lake George and The Columns Condominiums in Greene County.
