Lemery Greisler acts as bond counsel on a wide variety of public finance transactions ranging from school district financings for the purchase of buses to highly complex revenue bond transactions for commercial, industrial, hydroelectric and cogeneration facilities. Members of the firm have acted as bond counsel to over eighty school districts and municipalities and to seven Industrial Development Agencies.
Our clients include state and local governments, underwriters, banks, and corporate and not-for-profit obligors.

The firm is listed in the Municipal Bond Attorneys’ portion of The Bond Buyer’s Directory of Municipal Bond Dealers of the United States (the “Red Book”) and is affiliated with the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
