Our representation of non-profit organizations and not-for-profit corporations includes the creation of trust agreements, bylaws and/or articles of incorporation, obtaining and maintaining 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS granting tax exempt status, obtaining and maintaining other 501(c) designations where appropriate, New York State Attorney General reporting, negotiating, drafting and reviewing legal contracts, handling real estate purchases, leasing or mortgaging, assistance with obtaining grants, creating homeowners associations and condominium associations and assistance with regulatory filings with State and Federal agencies.
