As bond counsel, Lemery Greisler acts on a wide variety of public finance transactions, ranging from school district financings for the purchase of buses to highly complex revenue bond transactions for commercial, industrial, hydroelectric, and cogeneration facilities. Our vast experience is demonstrated by the fact that members of the Firm have acted as bond counsel to over 80 school districts and municipalities and to seven Industrial Development Agencies. In addition, our clients include state and local governments, underwriters, banks, and corporate and not-for-profit obligors.
