Saratoga Springs, N.Y. — Lemery Greisler LLC, a leading upstate business law firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Seth D. Finkell to Partner. Mr. Finkell's practice focuses on business law and finance, mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international tax.

Prior to joining Lemery Greisler in 2007, Mr. Finkell was an attorney in the international tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta and a shareholder attorney with the Herzog Law Firm in Albany. "Lemery Greisler has developed an exceptional business law practice and has earned a well-deserved reputation for high quality work. The depth and breadth of Lemery Greisler's attorney knowledge and diverse experience is exactly what my clients require," said Mr. Finkell of the culture at Lemery Greisler.
Mr. Finkell asserts that with the changed economic environment, all business professionals must be their own value-driven business, even as part of a larger organization. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Alfred University, Mr. Finkell went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. When Mr. Finkell is not practicing law, he enjoys collecting art from up-and-coming artists, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife, Sequoyah, and their three children. Mr. Finkell serves as a Trustee at Temple Israel in Albany, is a board member a the Center for Jewish Studies at SUNY Albany and he and his family are involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region. He and his family currently reside in the Pine Hills neighborhood in Albany.
