Bio

James A. Carminucci concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate finance and public finance, including refinancing, and asset–based lending, as well as in the area of corporate law. He has experience with contract negotiation, commercial lease agreements, commercial loan closings, corporate sales and consultation with management on all corporate matters. In the area of public finance, Mr. Carminucci has acted as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, letter-of -credit issuer's counsel, trustee's counsel, and underwriter's counsel.

Mr. Carminucci represents national, regional and local banking and institutional lenders in all facets of commercial lending transactions. He also acts as bond counsel for local governmental agencies in the Albany and Saratoga regions.

He is admitted to the New York Bar and to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Carminucci is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.

Mr. Carminucci has been active in community affairs including membership on the Boards of the Saratoga Care Foundation (chair of the Golf Tournament Committee), The Children's Museum at Saratoga (Chair), and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.
