Bio

Paulene David focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, commercial leasing and title work.

Prior to joining Lemery Greisler, Ms. David served as in-house commercial closing attorney for a local credit union conducting due diligence, documenting and closing commercial loan., Ms. David also advised the credit union on a variety of internal legal matters. Ms. David has previous private practice experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions, and corporate formation. While attending law school, she also served on the Executive Board for the Journal of International Law.

Ms. David is admitted to practice in New York.
